Colpitts Pub - Durham

I've been going to durham for years, I like a nice walk and a pint or two in the bars. I was not in the colpitts until last week from any reason. I missed my favorite durham. the place has signs. when we went into the coal fire, burned in the bar, nice and another coal fire in the back, double beautiful. the decor is old and is still fresh. the beer is sam smiths and they can speak without any interference from internet-based things. I'm looking forward to my next visit. look at yourself, I have included photos.

Always a great pub and so pleased it's now re-opened. Real fires too!

I visited this pub 40 years ago, and it’s still a Sam Smith's establishment. They only accept cash, no cards, which I appreciate. It's refreshing to see no mobile devices allowed—what a fantastic idea! The atmosphere is very peaceful; if you need to take a call, you'll have to step outside. The place is clean and well-maintained, and they offer a great selection of drinks. There’s also a charcoal fire in the bar and a pool room. Overall, it embodies everything a good pub should be.

This is a lovely pub with wonderful staff and a great atmosphere. Just be sure to bring cash, as they only accept that. It's a perfect spot for a game of pool or just to enjoy a quiet pint with friends.
