I didn't have a good experience. I didn't make a reservation in the morning, and when I asked for water at the soup station, no one was available to help. The main courses were ice cold. I felt very embarrassed for my guests, especially since the knife on the table was unacceptable.

I was expecting to wait about 30 minutes for the service at the restaurant, which is 30 minutes away, but then I found out we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes.
