Duvall Coffee House

My family and I have been coming he for years. We were here long before their expansion. We always enjoyed the food and felt taken care of. We even brushed off the fairly high price hikes. But tonight after standing at the front waiting to be seated with 4 tables open and Multiple staff ignoring us we were acknowledged after about 10 minutes. When I asked if we could have an open booth that was clean the hostess got huffy and wouldn 't seat us. We were instructed to wait LONGER as they wanted to seat others that came behind us. They do not take reservations by the way. We left and when I called to complain to the manager he informed me they can 't seat everyone at once. No apology, and we were the only ones for 10 minutes waiting. The dismisseivness and rudeness is enough. We will NEVER return to this over priced establishment.

I've not had a bad meal head yet,m. My wife, toddler daughter and I come down the hill once a month or so for dinner here and we love it. The service is friendly and welcoming of my young family. Their brunch menu is great too.

I live local to the grill but hadn't been there in a really long time. I recently joined some friends for dinner and noticed the remodel. They took out the wall between the bar and the restaurant and it really helped liven up the restaurant. It did make it a little on the noisy side, so if you are looking for a quiet dinner it might not be the move, but we enjoyed it. I had the cheeseburger and it was delicious. The server was very attentive and helpful even with a fully crowded room. Can't wait to go back!

Pleasant little place. Breakfast is nothing special but just delicious. Staff was nice, it's a good stop.

I met up with my mom for dinner last night at the Duvall Grill Tap Room, and it was my first time ever dining there before. When I first arrived, it appeared to be a semi divey type of a place with a full bar on the wall to the left, and a restaurant facing forward and to the right. I was quickly seated by a friendly host and given water while I waited for my mom to arrive. I looked through the menu and to my surprise there was quite a variety of dishes to choose from, not just the typical dive bar type of menu you might expect. Yes they have burgers and sandwiches and things like that but, they also have Ribeye, Etouffee, Pene Gorgonzola, Pear salad, Risotto, Green Curry, and all types of options! I was super impressed! Once my mom arrived, we each had a glass of cab sauv, and split a pear salad with chicken for our appetizer. It was very tasty, lots of Gorgonzola just the way I like it : And for dinner we split an order of Etouffee (which I'll admit I had no idea what that was until last night lol essentially it's white rice with some type of red curry type of sauce poured over it, and it had scallops, crab cake, and prawns in it. It was very flavorful and delicious!! Not at all something I would expect to order at a tap room. The service was excellent as well, our server was very kind and answered all of our questions for us. We felt very well taken care of and satisfied with our meal. I will definitely be back to try more things off their menu :
