Bidra med feedbackI have typically enjoyed the pies at this restaurant, although I have had some issues in the past that were always resolved. However, there was recently an incident where a foreign object in the pie chipped my tooth. I contacted the restaurant and they offered to give me another pizza, but I had already made a dentist appointment and planned to use my insurance for the work. I felt they should be held accountable for any costs not covered by insurance. The gentleman I spoke with mentioned that people try to scam him, which I understood, but by the end of the conversation, he seemed to suggest that I was also trying to scam him. As a result, I have chosen to pay out of pocket for the dental work and will not be returning to this restaurant for pizza in the future. I hope this review is helpful.
I spent more than $40 on a pizza with extra toppings, but unfortunately they were not included. When I brought this up to Beggars-Mary Ann, I was accused of lying. This experience has left me feeling very offended. Although the quality of the food has been inconsistent in the past few years, I have continued to support this restaurant. However, after this incident, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Just picked up pizza and was met with the sassiest and most rude cashier. I asked to buy ranch and was told rudely just ?no?. I asked for the military discount and kiana the cashier said ?no it?s too late I?ve already rung it in? terrible service. Terribleexperience. The pizza was also wildly overpriced and tasted like cardboard with sauce.
Pizza is good but service. We are members of their reward club. Got and email for free cheesy bread for my birthday. I got the the mail on August 26. It was my birthday on Sept 4 so we ordered pizza a cheesy bread. Well they charged for the bread. Ishowed them the email which had the ad for it. Young teens were working and could not find it in the computer. She went to getthe manager and the manager would not come out to speak with us. This is the second time we had a problem at Beggers. Asked tospeak to the manager and the manager would not speak to us. You could tell how nervous the employees were. I just thanked thembecause they tried and told them it was not their fault. When we told our company what happened they were not surprised becausethey had problems and the manager did not come out to speak to them. To bad and sad to see a place start to go down hill.
While visiting Chicago for a few days, I made sure to visit my favorite pizza spot. The food and service were outstanding. I really wish we had a Beggar's Pizza in Vegas.
