Bruegger's Bagels - Eagan

Only two guys there running the place, but they were really pleasant and did a great job!

It was good haven?t been there in a long time. So it was nice being there.

Thank you to your morning crew and to support our sporting programs! I always had a pleasant experience with your staff and this morning they were particularly funny. Our purchases were always what we requested and ever so delish! #eaganfootball

For almost as long as I have known about bagels, Bruegger's has defined what makes a good bagel for me: a crunchy, glazed exterior and a delicious chewy interior. There may be other bakeries making good bagels but I haven't found them.

This is an ideal location for bringing bagels to my office and everyone smiles when they see a warm bag of fresh Bruegger's. The bagels are fresh but sometimes can run out on busy mornings. This location offers lunch with expanded menu including sandwiches and soup. I am very happy with the quality for the price of Bruegger's because I can get a Ruben sandwich for about 1/2 of some places! You can see from the photo that it borders the tobacco store but there is no smell of smoke or tobacco in the Bruegger's so no worries. (Starbucks is next door on the other side)
