Panda Express - Eagle River

No indoor pickup available today (5/26/22) when I went to pick up my online order. Had to wait behind others in the Drive-Thru line that had not even ordered yet. The collection lasted longer than ever. I like seeing the kitchen staff and watching the cleanliness of the kitchen. Your customers are locked out of your restaurant. What are they hiding in there? I could try to eat here again. I never come back here. I would like to hear from an owner/manager about this new practice in this store.

I?ve been to Panda Express all over this country. This is by far the most embarrassing restaurant of the entire franchise. Over three times if I had terrible experiences plus people I know. It?s making Panda look bad, really bad.

Great little spot to get so.e good food service was good and the restaurant was clean seems like an overall great place although they no longer allow for samples kind of a bummer if you see something you want to try and it's new.

Cheap, filling Asian food on the go. Good value, good taste... sometimes service is meh and portions smaller for some reasons, but usually pretty good.

So I went to Panda Express tonight and we waited over 30 minutes what they said we were to wait for 2 bowls with chow mein and they were making the chow mein that?s why we would have to wait. We waited patiently out front and people in the drive thru proceeded to get their food while we waited. We decided to go through the drive through and get our food. We got the food then asked for a refund. She then asked for the food back and we gave it back to her thinking she?d give us more and our refund but said that since we asked for a refund we got it. After we waited 30 minutes she didn?t care. It?s fast food and it shouldn?t take that long for some noodles. I don?t recommend coming here. They don?t care how long you wait. The lady took the food from our car after we already touched it during COVID especially with a new strain going around. Not sure if they gave the food to any other customers but I wouldn?t trust it.
