Sicily's Pizza - Eagle River

I attempted to use a coupon for $19.98 for two one-topping pizzas last night. During my first call, I was abruptly hung up on. The second time I called, I was informed that the coupon had expired, which was not the case.

We paid $19.95 for a large pizza, but what we received was the smallest "large" pizza I've ever seen. Naturally, after a few bites, we had to throw it away. Even our dogs wouldn't eat it. To make matters worse, when we called to express our concerns, we spoke to someone who claimed to be the owner, Jessica Smith. She didn't seem to care at all about our experience or the inedible pizza we received. Despite their claim of a “satisfaction guarantee” printed on their box, they don’t actually honor it. Save your time and money—this place is not worth it.

The delivery took a while (about an hour), but the pizza was quite good. We ordered the thin crust chef's special, which was very tasty. However, the crust wasn't as crispy as we prefer. We also enjoyed the mozzarella bread. Overall, a pleasant experience!
