We enjoyed delicious food and excellent service during our visit. The young man who took our order was incredibly funny, and we had a great time sharing jokes with him. Our food was served quickly and brought directly to our table.
Closed lobby at 4 PM? It seems like nobody got the memo that COVID is over, according to the government. It's disappointing, Arby's. Not everyone has a car that fits in your drive-thru. Either expand the drive-thru or move past the fears.
We waited a long time for our food. I got the new Prime rib Cheesesteak, it had absolutely no taste. I love Arbys, but I won't be trying new stuff.
Still in the parking lot waiting for my food. Apparently they no longer have the breakfast menu but I couldn?t get an answer from the person on the speaker so now I?ve been waiting 10 minutes for a single chicken slider. The guy at the window wasliterally filthy and crusted with food all over his shirt, don?t know why I bothered to give Arby?s another chance doesn?tmatter location always a horrendous disappointment. Add 15 minutes the food arrived don?t know why it took so long for somethingthat they poorly microwaved. Even the bun is scorching hot from being in the microwave so long. Avoid at all cost.
