Mango Tree Bistro - Eagleville

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the portion sizes are generous, with delicious Thai cuisine on offer. There are plenty of vegetarian options available. It's a good idea to call ahead for a reservation. We heard they can get quite busy in the kitchen during dinner, so we took the suggestion and brought a bottle of wine to enjoy with our meal.

I really enjoy restaurants that offer lunch or dinner specials featuring a variety of items from their menu at a great price. The building has a charming design with clean lines, and the small organic touches create a lovely atmosphere. Naturally, I opted for the lunch special priced at $12.95, which included a three-course meal. I chose the coconut milk soup, one of my favorites, and it did not disappoint—hot, delicious, and perfectly blended. I also tried the pork dumplings, which were unique and exceptionally fresh and tasty, unlike any I’ve had before. Lastly, I had the spicy basil dish, which delivered just the right amount of heat. Everything was cooked to perfection. Although I usually avoid repeating restaurants in this area, if I lived here, I would definitely be a regular customer!

The food here is absolutely amazing! I come at least once a week. The vegetarian spicy basil fried rice is my favorite! Just be cautious with the spice level, as they really know how to make their dishes quite hot.
