We waited for 20 minutes for our food, even though the place was nearly empty. When another customer walked in, they received their food right away. I used to enjoy coming here, but this visit was disappointing. The fries were overcooked, and I noticed four staff members in the kitchen joking around instead of working, which contributed to the slow service. They had plenty of time to clean the lobby and the bathrooms. Additionally, the portion sizes seemed smaller than before, and my chicken sandwich didn't even have any chicken in it. It'll be a while before we consider coming back.

This drive-thru is excellent! While there can be a long line of cars at times, it moves pretty quickly. I appreciate that there's a sink next to the soda station, making it convenient to wash my hands without having to go into the bathroom. I absolutely love their milkshakes!

Good place to look for a cheap place to eat. Chain of restaurants from North Carolina. The food was good and the prices were very good. You have over 40 flavors of milk shakes!!! Please visit them today and support this facility. Good food at very good prices!

Long story short, this desperate soul longing for some cheese bites happened upon the Easley CookOut. With a hopeful outlook and promising odor, I placed my double order of cheese bites with some hot dogs. Sadly upon my arrival at home, this is what the double order entailed. One day my cheese bite craving may be fulfilled, but that day will live in the future, as tonight I am bummed. I think I may now have osteoporosis from a calcium deficiency, having minimal cheese. Long live the days of quantitative fast food that is appropriate for the dollar.
