We checked in but were forgotten by the staff. After reminding them, we finally got a table. We waited for 15 minutes before having to ask for a waiter. When the bartender arrived, he was quite rude. Fortunately, the waitress eventually became attentive and helpful, but it was too late by then. This is my first negative review, and after my first visit here, I won't be returning.

To celebrate my mom’s birthday, they thoughtfully presented her with a charming plate featuring a cherry nose, a lit candle, and a whipped cream smiley face. It was a nice touch—just the right blend of thoughtfulness and low-key celebration. My mom ordered the turkey burger without bacon, while I chose the portobello wrap. They happily accommodated my request to add bacon to my wrap. The food arrived at our table quickly, and we were both very pleased with our meals. Emma was attentive and met our needs perfectly. She checked in on us just enough to ensure we were satisfied without being intrusive, and she brought the check at just the right moment, reminding us that we could take our time. We were pleasantly surprised when the beer my mom enjoyed was complimentary, as a birthday treat from the restaurant (thank you, Emma!). This lunch was my favorite experience with my mom, made even better by the charming atmosphere and attentive service. If I could dine here every day, I absolutely would. The food was delicious, exceeding my expectations, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I give this place top marks all around!

The French fries were served cold and I could break them in half easily. The waitress replaced them with a new batch that was extremely hard but at least somewhat warm, and they were greasy with no soft potato inside. It was clear they were double fried, which the waitress confirmed, but there was still no explanation for the cold burger. I asked her why it seemed so difficult to serve hot food, especially since we were the only customers in the restaurant, but she just shot me a glare. We're still waiting for the gift card that was supposed to arrive over a week ago. There are definitely better options in East Aurora, so I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.

Super disappointed. I'm not typically a complainer, however I'm about to start. I had very high expectations from this place and they fell extremely short. The Reuben was the driest I have ever had and my waitress forgot about us as my spouse and I didn't have a drink for our entire meal. The corned beef is pretty much warmed up from the deli . The bread was so hard it shredded my mouth. It is far from the quality it should be for the price. My wife received the wrong burger. She mentioned it was a very mediocre, and compared it to one you would make at home. I will most likely not return.

Been a patron since they opened. I?d rate the food a 9 out of 10. Generally most employees are pretty good but don?t dare order one minute after kitchen is closed coz they close it way before closing time and couldn?t care less. Tonight was special. I have a nice sports car and this place is in a mini plaza. Not great, door ding safe parking. So I parked near the building by an island where nobody drives. Snooty young waitress had a massive issue with it. She not so nicely told me I couldn?t park there. I did push back, but not rudely at all. I did move car to a very non invasive yet safe from door ding spot. The risk for a ticket was mine to bare. What did she do? She called the police to have me move my car. Fair enough. If this is how you treat customers, no worries. I?ll spend my money elsewhere. Maybe teach your staff to focus on serving customers and let the town worry about parking and tickets. No longer will I patronize this establishment.
