Bollywood Tadka - East Brunswick

Avoid the keema mutter at all costs—it's drowning in heavy cream and doesn't contain the traditional keema we expect. Instead, it features shredded chicken, resulting in a rather unappealing dish. The aloo gobi was decent, and the daal makhni was just okay.

The Mushroom Mutter I had was quite watery and lacked flavor. I've noticed a significant inconsistency in its preparation since I started ordering from this restaurant. Sometimes it's good, but other times it's less satisfying.

I ordered a chicken tikka masala and a lamb tikka masala, both labeled as very mild. The lamb was indeed mild and tasted great, but the chicken was anything but mild—it was quite spicy. I'm not sure what level of spice it was, but it definitely packed a punch. Despite that, I enjoyed the food overall and would be willing to give it another try.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the music was relaxing. If you're in the mood for Indian snacks, this is the place to go. It really made my evening enjoyable! :D

The restaurant offers an outstanding selection of top-quality food! They serve ice in the water, which is a nice touch. The buffet-style lunch is exceptional, with everything being the best you’ll ever taste! The host/owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The decor is beautiful, and the environment is spotlessly clean.
