When I asked them multiple times to correct this, I was met with an unfriendly attitude. One employee even said, "It's not my fault." It's clear that if your mask keeps slipping, it's your responsibility to wear one that fits properly. Additionally, there were no floor markers to guide customers for proper social distancing. On top of that, the place was not accepting cash. I visited on December 21, 2020, at 7 PM, and I hope the staff receives appropriate feedback regarding their behavior.
The experience was quite disappointing. The staff handling the food often had their masks pulled down to expose their noses. When I repeatedly requested that they correct this, I was met with a dismissive attitude. One employee even said, "It's not my fault." However, if your mask keeps slipping, it's your responsibility to ensure it fits properly. Additionally, there were no indicators to promote proper social distancing. To make matters worse, the establishment did not accept cash. I visited on December 21, 2020, at 7 p.m., and I sincerely hope these employees face appropriate consequences for their behavior.
