Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Tried to order 5 meals. Broke them down to each one plus drinks. Talled into that machine for a while. Could not get the order right. So drove to the cashier. Still had issues getting the order right. Started again. Finally got it right.....

I meet up with friends here occasionally for a hot drink, and find it to be perfectly satisfactory. It's always spotlessly clean, the service is efficient, and the drinks are nice and hot. I tend to go for the hot chocolate, while my friends have coffee with soy milk, and we can't fault them. I used to go for the large cup but have lately been finding it too much, so now I go for the small, and still find it quite adequate. There's a reasonable range of cakes and light eats, and they are always very tasty. For a fast-food outlet it really is quite good, and reasonably enough priced compared with other places.

First a disclosure... I'm a caffeine addict. With loyalty cards for more than a dozen different coffee shops (chains and independents) my taste habit crosses boundaries spanning exclusive outlets which bid for small quantities of beans in online auctions, from remote locations to roast them on site... to global chains like McDonalds and Starbucks.We'd long anticipated construction of a cafe in Dalyellup. I mean it makes so much sense to locate one opposite a large retirement complex, in a quickly-growing coastal community! So it's a McCafe... and the banner states that "This is our best-tasting coffee ever..." Having recently ingested coffee on three different continents, I was a little skeptical... but was surprised to find it's true. This truly _was_ the best McCafe cappuccino I'd consumed this year. Surprising too, to find I only needed _five_ clips to earn a freebie... AND they accepted McCafe loyalty cards from the US and Canada! Pretty exciting... but it's probably just the caffeine!~

We ordered 2 lattes and 2 hot chocolates, as well as two slices of cake, and for a fast food restaurant, the food was pretty good. The service was also pretty quick, considering we arrived in peak hour. We will probably come back at some point in time

We did the create your own meal and we were so very very surprised that it was really tasty. We had the Angus beef burger and with our own choices of addons. It was served to our table on a very well presented wooden board, even the fries were in a small metal basket wrapped in paper.. And again we were taken back as the coffee was excellent as well. Everyone is ready to knock McDonalds but when do something perfectly a very tasty meal with really hot coffee, well done
