Do not waste your time. This restaurant has become a victim of its own success. The attempt to expand beyond their capabilities has ruined what used to be a great Chinese restaurant. The food is now consistently delivered late (with the latest meal being over an hour late), cold, and inedible. The quality has significantly declined. The service at this restaurant is top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile and prompt seating. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu and can make great recommendations. They are also quick to refill drinks and check on your table throughout the meal. Overall, the service here is exceptional and adds to the overall enjoyment of dining at this establishment.

Very disappointing customer service!!! I just bought a takeaway for £28.50. After placing my order I asked the lady behind the counter if I could have some complimentary prawn crackers. She sad no you have to spend £30. I was bemused as our order was so close, I said how about you just change me £30 then, she rudely picked up the phone while I was in conversation, now she was on the phone and not even listening to me. After she finally finished her phone call, she said no I’d have to buy them. I said ok, as they were for my daughter. Ok so now I’ve spent over £30 to increase my order I still didn’t get an additional bag of prawn crackers!! Obviously I don’t want two bags of prawn crackers but that’s not the point! Had shed not been on the phone I might have ordered some chips or seaweed, to increase my order value. As for the food it wasn’t great and definitely wasn’t worth the money, Looks like “you and me” need to part ways, you’ve just lost a customer! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
