We had a flat tire on the side of the highway on Sunday evening, and to our surprise, someone actually answered the phone! I believe the person was Len. He informed us about Georgia 511, who promptly came to assist us by inflating our spare tire and getting us back on the road, while both State Farm and AAA were unresponsive or unable to help us in the way we needed. Later, when we checked back in, Len was incredibly helpful in helping us come up with a plan for getting our tire repaired the next morning. We are so grateful!

I needed a hitch installed on my vehicle, and my mechanic, Mr. Justin at Proline Auto Spa, recommended Tanners. They are fantastic! The customer service is outstanding, and the team operates like a well-oiled machine. Their communication skills were excellent, especially given my limited knowledge of hitches and trailers. The installation was completed in no time. I'm picking up the trailer tomorrow, and I can't wait! A special shoutout to Ms. Wendy and Mr. Robert. I know it's a team effort, and they make everything look so easy.

My fiancé and I found ourselves stranded at a gas station about 15 minutes outside Dublin for two agonizing hours. AAA was unable to send a tow truck due to the ongoing corona concerns, and we couldn't locate a taxi or Uber. Just as we were about to lose hope, my fiancé bumped into Keith. He arrived with a tow truck within 20 minutes to take us back to the shop. Keith’s father then drove us to Enterprise to rent a car and even stayed to ensure we were safe. We are incredibly grateful to Keith and everyone at Tanners. I can’t imagine what we would have done without him. Every single person who assisted us was exceptionally kind and understanding. I will always remember this experience, and if we didn’t live three hours away, we would definitely become regular customers.
