Carvel Ice Cream - EAST ELMHURST

I enjoy getting frozen soft parts in their freezers. Soft serve ice melts too fast, but the frozen are simply perfect.

I often went to the Wednesdays for the two for a Sundae Special at this point. The service is usually good even if Sunday is not so great. But on this occasion Jose took care of my order. I could see how he took care of the way he prepared the order. The best way to describe it was that they actually saw the pictures you see in the ads. Jose's manner was so pleasant during this day before Thanksgiving, he took his time, made sure that he understood the order and the gates. I know, in the world where we live in all, it's fast to complain, I ask you to compliment Jose.

The restaurant isn't very large, featuring just two tables. I found the prices to be higher than average. The staff member who took my order was friendly. I ordered a birthday cake, which tasted quite good. The restaurant was clean, and a notable advantage is its spacious parking lot.

This is an excellent Carvel location! I've been around Carvels my whole life and have learned to appreciate the ones that truly stand out. The ice cream here has a delightful texture that's thicker and boasts a richer flavor. The quality is impressive and definitely worth the trip. They also have a wide variety of flavors in their freezers, including delicious banana and pistachio sauces. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive. I would absolutely return just for the fantastic service. And the ice cream is also a highlight! I highly recommend this place. One employee at the counter stood out as particularly charming, and I might come back just to see her again. The restaurant was very clean and clearly following COVID-19 safety guidelines. Overall, I strongly recommend paying a visit!
