Great Chicken and Service and going back very soon ?

This place has really gone downhill. I used to come here almost weekly for takeout. The food quality is terrible. The chicken doesn't taste like other locations, they recently gave me what appeared to look like two small nuggets instead of the three tenders I had ordered (didn't notice until I got home) and the service is poor. You're often waiting 5 minutes whilst the person at the cash has their airpods in doing other orders. I'd stay away from this location. Don't plan on ever coming back here again.

Poor quality control with the oil, everything tasted off. Small portion sizes compared to other franchises.

The Gravy was extremely Salty, the main thing was the Chicken, under cooked, outer skin slimly and dripping of grease, I have to think the deep fryers were not hot enough. The Taters were cold, I will be calling for a food inspector to visit the site, under cooked chicken is not a good

Love this location. Staff are very friendly and do their best at their job. The food was delicious, and very appetizing.
