We usually come here on our lunch hour which is good, since they take our orders quickly. I love the ceviche appetizer. It's fresh with great ingredients. Shrimp, avocado, other fish, lettuce. Good to dip your chips in. Lighter to eat before the main course. Enchiladas, beans, rice are delicious and very filling. Authentic and seems to be made to order. I like the decor and atmosphere also. It can be loud, with larger tables of people but it's fine with me. Feels and tastes like a fun Mexican vacation

Great ambiance. Clean. Amazing Art work. Was not expecting to look the way it look inside. Just beautifully decor. By the way the fried ice cream it's a most.

I probably went to Don Jose on the busiest day of the year. Therefore there was a wait however they offered complementary quesadilla. Which was so lovely!! While I was dining my friend spilt her drink on her plate for dinner, and the staff quickly replaced her food. The service was excellent. I highly recommend and to top it off you must get the churros and ice cream. Out of this world!! So good.

If your looking for good Mexican food you found the right place. Solid Mexican food, never disappoints. Chicken tacos are really good and jalapeño poppers. Then the fried ice cream or churro dessert is also great desserts. Have a nice selection on the menu and desserts are splendid.

The food here is delicious and affordable, offering authentic Mexican cuisine. However, I had to lower my rating because my orders have often been incorrect. While the food is still tasty, I would give this place only 1-2 stars if the incorrect orders weren't still enjoyable to eat. I'm also worried about the mix-ups with pricing—I sometimes end up paying more for items that should cost less. On a positive note, the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly.
