Encore Catering - East Hanover

We first met with Encore more than 2 years ago. Because of COVID we had to reschedule our daughter’s wedding twice. This weekend we held the wedding and our guests raved about the quality and presentation of our food. Encore had a challenge. Our food was made in their kitchen and prepped and heated on site. Despite this situation, the food was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. We had several “foodies” at the wedding and they were very impressed. The staff were courteous and very focused on meeting, and exceeding, our expectations. Special shout out to site manager Andrea. You defined exceptional service. Thank you for taking care of our family and guests!! Few people expect good food at a wedding. Our guests were pleasantly surprised!

I visited High Time yesterday, which was managed by Encore. I must say, I have never tasted such delicious hors d'oeuvres and desserts! The waiting staff were phenomenal, serving a variety of culinary delights to each table, always with a smile. They were attentive and quick to clear away plates, napkins, glasses, and more. I can't wait to recommend their services to anyone I know who needs an exceptional caterer!

I cannot speak more highly of Encore catering 5 stars is just not enough! Encore catering did our rescheduled wedding in a backyard August 2021 and from the initial email, Sandy was fantastic to work with! She was warm, responsive, provided great recommendations, and was very patient as we made a number of changes! She even came out for a site visit which really made us feel comfortable! The staff came onsite like a well oiled machine and took over the kitchen with German like precision and the food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! We did a cocktail style reception and people are still talking about how creative, fun and delicious the food was! The staff was professional, attentive, and we did not want for anything! Thank you for everything and we will definitely be calling Encore for any future catering needs!

After choosing the conservatory in sussex county fairgrounds as my venue, I started looking for catering companies that I knew I would use encore for my high time. their reviews are amazing and they have not disappointed. from the beginning was amazing sandy! She answered all my asking and helped me create a vision for my high-time day and then surpassed them all expectations. the bed linen and chairs were beautiful, and the food was to die! we had three cocktail stations and arranged hors d’oeuvres, the themes-dinner stations were so good that I cannot choose a favorite! I received compliments about eating all night and for days after high time. the guests also talked so much about the personal and how kind they were. elaine was my wife and she made sure everything was perfect. pam was my and my men personal server and they never missed a beat to make sure we had everything we might need. I can't get enough about her. the owners kar and lisa are amazing!

From the appetizers to dessert the food was absolutely delicious! The staff was courteous and friendly and did a beautiful job designing the platters and buffet stations.
