They never listen to orders.always gets things wrong and too slow.careless kids

I been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for a long time. Marco is very friendly, and very accommodating. He goes above and beyond, making sure your order is correct. It is a nice place to go and relax. I recommend this Coffee Shop above all others.

Worst Dunkin ever isn't this where the main training station is for employees? What a joke waited 33 minutes in line on a weekend afternoon it's only 12:34...... still can't get the order right after waiting 34 minutes thanks for wasting my day

I understand that this place can get busy, but waiting 15 minutes in the drive-through only to receive the wrong order is unacceptable. They either need a new franchise owner or the current owner must acknowledge the need for more staff, as the restaurant is consistently understaffed. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're just stopping off the highway. I really hope the franchise owner reads this and takes action, whether that means hiring additional help or making changes, because being so understaffed doesn't make sense.

I believe the wait time was unnecessarily long. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to serve ice cream.
