Bidra med feedbackStaff at this place where I was here must go to the Dunkin Donuts in Manchester on Hartford Street and learn from the best. Four cars in front of me. Then I watched the guy make sandwiches. It was a joke. It was so slow. I never complained, but that had to be said.
It's 9:40 and they're made of iced tea!! Th8s happens a lot. Get more iced tea. It's hot. People want iced tea!!
The checkout staff was very friendly, but I was somewhat disappointed by how the donuts were handled. The same glove used for handling cash and the register was also used to touch the donuts. I believe a bit of training on food safety would be beneficial, especially considering the current concerns.
I visited the drive-thru and placed two separate orders. The second order was correct, but the first order was a mess. They claimed they forgot to charge me for three orders of hash browns, even though two Wake Up Wraps definitely shouldn't cost $11. They ended up charging me again for the three orders of hash browns, but I still only received three. It's frustrating when people expect to earn $15 an hour but can't even manage to take an order properly. It's quite disappointing.
The food is good when they actually get my order right. I ordered a pink velvet latte today which is a signature latte so it should automatically come with whipped cream but it did not. Probably because of laziness. It took forever just for them to bring my donut to the window because one of the employees was screwing around.
