Petonito's Pastry Cupcake Shoppe

We ordered my mother's birthday cake from Petonito this year, and they did an amazing job! She requested a chocolate cake with strawberry mousse and whipped cream, decorated with a St. Patrick's Day theme. I was truly impressed with how the cake turned out. Thank you for making her birthday so memorable! While there, I couldn't resist grabbing some zeppole and cannoli as well. The cannoli shells were made in-house and the zeppoles were some of the best I've ever had. Overall, fantastic work all around at Petonito!

I had always heard about this restaurant from my parents, as they purchased their wedding cake here over 25 years ago. However, I had never been a customer myself until today, before Mother's Day. I came in search of some specialty Cannolis, but there wasn't much in the case. Despite this, the person working behind the counter insisted on checking what they had available and even offered to make some fresh for me. It was a nice experience!

Today I had an emergency when my niece fell ill and couldn't go out to get her husband a birthday cake. I called Petonito's Bakery at 2:00pm to see if it was possible to place an order for a birthday cake and have it delivered. Being in Baltimore, I wasn't sure how to arrange the logistics. I spoke with Sue, who was very helpful and instructed me on how to get the cake delivered. A gorgeous cake was delivered to their door at 5:15pm, and I was told that it was delicious!
