Does not allow drink refills at this location and no condiments out for customers.
It's not inside Kahala Mall, it's at the entrance, so it's easy to access, and there's no wifi?
Hot fudge sundae is good and delicious.Parking: Plenty of parking.
Zero customer service and professionalism, and staffs don't care. They always get the orders wrong. Very disappointing location.
Missing items in order. First three things on order not received. Mobile order so no way of making a mistake
