The french fries were boiled and deep cooler burned taste. the popcorn chicken is only different shaped chicken bugs (processed chicken). I could not believe that they offer a chicken pot cake and they showed me that it is a Marie calendar frozen in the box. they don't even make their own. I do not recommend any of the fish products they offer because it is so old and dry with a bad taste.

No, no. fish was dry grainy inside greasy/oily on the outside. no taste/no taste- very dissapointed. Pop machine was broken to buy doses. we were not asked which kondimente we wanted- workers have just thrown a handful of condiment packages into the bag ketchup vinegar - what a waste. in addition, after the sms on their phone- they touched the forks, serviettes spicy packages with unwashed hands no gloves. where is the health? will never return to this facility.

This is the worst place on the south shore of Long Island. Don?t PATRONIZE this store. The owner is a rude and very stupid and aggressive Indian woman. She has no concept of customer services. When asked about a portion, she screamed about price complaints when price was never an issue. Refused to speak about it and created confrontation over chicken and fries. She in inconsiderate and unworthy of business. Prior owners were good people. This shop is horrendous and the ownership has diluted all the community value. I would rather not eat them give this establishment a nickel. The worst place you can go. Period.

This was my first visit to the East Islip Pudgies and it wasn't a good experience. The pieces of chicken were extremely small and they didn't have any taste. The Selden store chicken was a lot bigger than the East Islip store. I will not be ordering from the East Islip again.

I visited this restaurant hoping for a good fish meal, but I was sorely disappointed. The food was absolutely unappetizing. After my experience, I called back to voice my concerns and spoke with a woman who insisted that there was nothing wrong with their food. I mentioned that the batter on the fish was grainy, but she simply denied it and told me that if I wasn’t satisfied, I shouldn’t come back. I found her defensive attitude puzzling, as I was not rude in my complaint. What bothers me most is that they believe this kind of quality is acceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's concerning when a business responds to customers in this manner. The fish should not look like that on the inside.
