Crab Hero - East Lansing

The food is amazing and at a great price!! I 10/10 recomend for and seafood loves! That was an amazing place to eat. They had a great staff and a wonderful service! If you ever look down some delicious seafood of all kinds, then this is the place!!!!

Food was great! The secret sauce was great. Spicy! The butter garlic was butter garlic times 10. Service was also great. Will come back

This place is overly priced it isn't worth it. The manager was horrible.The seafood was not fresh it was frozen. Then, one of my potatoes was rotten and was not replaced, also they are cooking seafood with breakfast sausage. No one eats breakfast sausage with seafood. When I was dissatisfied with the sausage I took it out of my bag let the manager know I was not eating it nor paying for it (in a nice/professional way )because the menu you did not advertise this and i eat steam pots all the time. The manager then told me no refunds I can take it home , so I had to threaten to call the East Lansing Police to get it off the bill and persistently tell her I was not paying for breakfast sausage that I did not eat. Next, the menu States you will get half a piece of corn, that is inaccurate it was a little piece nowhere near a half. Our order total was $79 the food quality was frozen, we received a little bit of food and you cannot get half pounds of seafood. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You're better off cooking your own seafood at home for a cheaper price, better quantity and quality.

I wouldn't recommend this place for a nice date. The cost is $20 per person, and paper towels are scattered everywhere except in the dispensers. Your order arrives in bulky plastic containers, making it quite messy! My friends and I were the only customers there, and I felt like the staff was watching us, which made the experience really uncomfortable.

The prices are quite high; it's easy to spend around $50 per meal per person. However, I really enjoy the sauce, so I don't mind paying for the food.
