Bidra med feedbackThe location in Manchester had awful customer service. The staff was rude and disrespectful, forgetting our order and serving us cold pizza after a 30-minute wait. Avoid this place at all costs! The employees were extremely rude.
I dropped by and was lucky to find a seat. The pizzas were delicious and the staff was friendly. The three pizzas we ordered were really tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.
Our pizza were good, not great. They were too oily for us and sometimes lacked balance. The dough was a tad too thick to our liking. Prices were OK and the individual slices sound like something we would try next time.
We came to this restaurant with the intention of getting a takeaway pizza, as the supermarkets were closed due to the bank holiday. We ordered one of the 22 pizzas available, which was delicious. I had a friend with allergies visiting, and I was concerned about finding something suitable for her, but the staff were able to create a custom pizza that accommodated all of her dietary restrictions. I was impressed with their attention to detail and my friend said it was the best pizza she's had since moving to London.
When we arrived we told the guy that we had booked a table and all we got as a response was “did you?” We were then told to find the table that had my name on a paper plate on it. We ordered a 22” pizza to share…waited for 35 minutes for it just to be told that they hadn’t made it just basically forgot about us (it wasn’t busy at this time, had literally had three other people in there with about 6 staff members) during this time they never asked us if we were ok or if we need e anything either?! I said that we wouldn’t be waiting around would like a full refund, the guy said the machine wasn’t working but he would refund it as he didn’t physically need my card to do it…still waiting for this too! Would give this place a miss, absolutely terrible service!!
