Carvel - East Massapequa

I love the salted caramel ice cream,they always run out of it.The staff are professional and friendly ,I wish they could take tip on the credit card, people barely carry cash these days.

The Best Icecream cake money can buy. And the staff at this perticular location are all friendly and professional

Come on who doesn't LOVE CARVEL!!!!! and this one is clean,pleasent girls work there. The one down by the parkway(merrick road) should be closed filthy and nasty people there.

I was so happy to hear that Carvel now has NO SUGAR ADDED ICE CREAM!!! What wonderful new especially for those who are pre-diabetic and must watch there sugar. What a delight and it was delicious also. Looking forward to getting my dessert at Carvel. ????????

I really want to understand what has happened to motivation in the workplace these days. I called to place a custom cake order, and the girl on the phone told me I needed to come in to choose a general cake from their freezer. I understood that customization wasn't possible that day, being a Wednesday evening, and I was even willing to wait until the next day. After I asked several different ways, they finally said they could accommodate me on Friday. It felt like such a hassle just to take my order. They put me on hold to check, and I overheard her say, "I'll do it tomorrow; whatever, I'm not going to stress about it." I honestly should have just let it go and called another Carvel instead. The cake was good, which is why I gave this location three stars, but the staff really needs to remember that no matter how their day is going, they should still treat customers with respect and kindness.
