Dunkin' - East Meadow

One because i need to give at least one to coment. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been. The croissants burn, no bacon on it plus the egg frozen, I ask for not sugar they put like a pound of it in one cup, Literally This people is just there makingthere hours?? At least make some effort on doing the things, They were not free stuff to me, it cost me money pleaseeee!!!youhave to do something to get better

I absolutely really do like this dunkin donuts location. They are very quick, very friendly, and handle busy times very well also! Absolutely recommend this location over other local coffee locations. Love that there is a drive through option as well!Makes getting coffee so much mire convenient!

Some staff seemed poorly trained. I ordered a double-toasted English muffin with butter, but when I bit into it, it was soft and soggy from the butter—no crispness at all. It tasted like a mouthful of wet dough and yeast, so I decided not to eat any more of it. I returned to show them my issue so they could prepare it as I had requested. The person who initially served me said, "I can’t do anything about that; I don’t give refunds." I hadn't asked for a refund; I just wanted it made correctly. Another staff member intervened and asked what the problem was. After I explained, she instructed them to remake the muffin and double-toast it. For the record, when I placed my order, I asked the person taking it if she informed the cook that I wanted it double-toasted, and she said yes, but I seriously doubt that was the case.

I have been visiting this location for 20 years, and today I witnessed something concerning: a staff member dropped the food tray from the bagel oven on the floor, picked it up, and then used it for my bagel. When I brought this to the attention of the woman working there, neither she nor her co-worker made any effort to clean it. Given everything happening these days, this is really alarming. It makes you wonder what other unsanitary practices might be happening out of sight.

The low rating must have its reasons. It shouldn't take an hour for two cups of coffee and two bagels to be prepared. What really stood out was the terrible attitude of the staff, who even mocked the guests. I will definitely not be returning.
