Wow, this restaurant was great. Fresh and healthy food choices that taste good. Prices were reasonable. Order at the counter and they'll bring your order to your table when ready. Great salads, bowls, wraps etc.Vegetarian options: Ordered vegan, non dairy.

There are not enough amazing words to describe this eatery! I found it on happy cow because I was looking for vegan options in Huntington and am so thankful Lota Veco came up! They have so many delicious and nutrtious options to choose from! I ended up getting the baja burrito which I fell in love with! I even bragged about this place on the vegan foodie facebook group because I feel like everyone needs to know about this place! Also has plenty of nonvegan options so everyone can eat here! Finally, the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff will definitely have me making the trip back out here!
