We never tried Jimmy Johns, I don't know anyone in the area. Fast, polite and my sandwich was excellent. Roast-Turkey with herbsaioli, red onions with salad and tomatoes. Not the cheapest meal PKG, but nothing is lately clean bathroom with new entertainment.

Ever since I was pregnant (10 years ago Jimmy John's has been my lifeline. Now, with my father having chemotherapy right down the road, once again I'm heavily leaning on this particular location. I'm so glad it is open again! For starters, this place is spotless! On top if the wonderful aroma of fresh bread, I can smell the clean. Definitely a relief when my germ radar is off the charts! I love that this franchise is family owned and operated. Owners are there working daily along side employees who are polite and courteous. I feel good supporting a local business and good people. Yes, I love JJ's, but not all locations are created equal. This location and the Cicero location use super fresh ingredients (no soggy lettuce, warm cheese or old avo spread in site! making the very best sandwiches possible. Running low on time, the drive through is an extra bonus. It's quick and easy! Jimmy John's East Syracuse- I'm so glad to have you back!

I likely order from here twice a week. If you’re looking for creativity, you might want to look elsewhere; JJ's Subs focuses on simple, fresh ingredients nestled in the BEST sub rolls available! I always go for the Giant Turkey Tom, with cheese and no tomatoes, and that's exactly what I get. I can’t stand messy, overflowing subs—here, they use just the right amounts of delicious turkey, provolone cheese, crispy shredded lettuce, and mayo. And for me, a sub isn't complete without onions! I find their subs absolutely delicious. Each ingredient complements the others perfectly in both quantity and flavor. That’s what makes a truly great sub sandwich. With my frequent orders, these guys have become a bit of an indulgence! The delivery staff is consistently quick and friendly. If there’s a delay because they’re baking the bread (yes, they bake their own rolls!), they always let me know when I place my order. Oh, and they have REAL deli-style pickles! My only complaint is that they close too early!

Fantastic restaurant! It was exceptionally clean—both the dining areas and restrooms were well-maintained. The staff was outstanding! During my visit (I’m from Florida and in town for business), I was warmly welcomed by Parker, the cashier and sandwich maker. He, along with his colleagues Liam and Jadon, was incredibly friendly and professional. To the owners of this J.J. Shop, I hope you acknowledge these three employees for their hard work and excellent customer service! Thank you.
