Churro Tastic - East Tamaki New Zealand

Just brought the churro for two from botany store...what a complete disappointment...the churro were so hard it was like eating a biscuit and the caramel sauce was caramel coloured water...have been in the past and was okay...but today was complete rubbish...do not recommend this store at all...thumbs down

This wee place should be called Churrodrastic. The counter attendant was inattentive and rude and Churros were over cooked. Advertising a taste of Spain is a far call. Definitely won 't be back.

Love churros... Whenever I crave for churros, I visit this place... They are cheap and affordable... They serve it hot and really tasty... Recommended for churro lovers...

A great range of Churros available here just waiting to be gobbled up. We got the basket of 3 churros and even though there were three of us it was quite large. These taste best when they are freshly fried for you and with the chocolate dipping sauce. There's some other desserts available here too but why bother with those in a place that specializes in Churros. If you're looking for a hot dessert on a wintry day in Botany then this is the place to be!

I love churros, so when we came across this place yesterday, we were keen to get some even though we'd just finished lunch. The churros are crispy and sugary and the chocolate sauce is lovely and thick. I like that there's a window so you can see them piping and frying the churros. They were made to order, so we had to wait a little bit, but that was worth it for fresh churros! If you like this dessert snack as much as I do, this place is worth a visit if you are doing a spot of shopping at Botany Downs!
