Bidra med feedbackIt was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it! The food was incredibly delicious, and our server was fantastic. She kept us informed about the delays with one of our oven-roasted sandwiches, which turned out to be massive. I can’t wait to come back soon!
When I initially inquired about the menu and my son's dietary options, Sky, the manager, came over right away to assist me in finding safe choices for him. Even though the restaurant was bustling, she made several trips to the kitchen to personally check the ingredients for me. Once we confirmed that there were safe options, we were seated quickly. Our waiter, Keith, was incredibly helpful as well. Sky had already briefed him about my son's allergies before he came to our table. He patiently went over the menu with me, helping to identify which dishes would be appropriate for my son. We truly appreciated how swiftly the food was served, and my son's meal was delivered by a kitchen server assigned solely to him, ensuring there was no risk of cross-contamination. My son really enjoyed his food, and it warmed my heart to see the care the staff took in serving him, especially in how they presented and cut up his chicken and pears (he’s only two years old). It's clear that this restaurant understands the seriousness of food allergies and goes above and beyond to accommodate its guests. Everyone in our party had a wonderful meal, and we were impressed with the prompt service, given how busy the restaurant was. Thank you, Mr. Jacks! When we travel, we often struggle to find suitable dining options for our son, and you made this experience so much easier for us!
The food at the restaurant is quite good. I tried the pan-fried white fish, which was a generous portion and very delicious.
Great food and service!!! I wish we had our dog outside on the terrace with us. Hopefully this will be allowed one day. Would definitely return.
My Sister and I ate at Mr. Jacks Bar and Grill! I had ate there for the first time , with friends two weeks prior. She was home from Ft. Lauderdale and is a Chef. I owned my own Resturant for 25 years. We were greeted by a nice hostess who seated us out on the patio. Our server named Keith greeted us and ask for our drink order. He was very easy on the eyes! A very nice smile! He told us what was popular on the menu! He suggested different items! He knew the menu. He was very prompt and efficient! Our appetizers were awesome! It was quite busy. Our food came out fairly fast! We had the Perch dinner! The plate was beautiful ! The fish was done to perfection, the veggies were cooked just right also, the sweet potato fries were very good ! Everything was very hot! Oh! The salad was good size! Keith had great follow up service. It seem so good for a change to have a server that actually liked his job! And did it well! For that he go tipped quite well! The table of lady's next to us were also very pleased with there service! I will go back again and tell friends! Hope we get Keith , He Rocks!!!
