Vatan was catering at one of the events in Philadelphia expo center. The food was not worth the price they were charging. Worst is the integrity of the staff. They forgot to give me the change and when I mention it they brushed me off. It was not about the money but about the integrity of the staff. Would not hire they for any event.

Food is always excellent and fresh. Customer service is great. Would definitely recommend to visit with family and friends. Great selection for Jain and Swaminarayan food

Giving one star because review cannot be posted without any stars. We had dinner tonight. They seemed to be short staffed. Before sitting down for dinner , we asked if this was going to be an issue. They said no it will be okay.Half the things on the menu were not available. Order was missing items.Food came out very late and tasted sub standard.Papad were soft and were brought towards end of the meal.Mango Lassi that was ready in the refrigerator, was only brought to table halfway through the meal and that too after many reminders. Other drinks were brought out at the end of meal.A sandwich was not even brought until we were ready to pay.On top of that 18% standard gratuity was charged for a very bad service.

I ordered Masala toast cheese sandwich but there is barely any cheese on it. Which happened 3rd time in raw. Food is good but not provided what has been asked. Very disappointed.

Too bad experience. I won't suggest anyone. If google allows to give negative ratings i will give that. They have no management, no cleanings, no dishes for food nor spoons to serve. They took order and after 1hour i got soup which have no spoon to drink.we order chapati which were not cooked in restaurant they serve frozen one. Too bad experience.
