Bidra med feedbackMy husband and I dined at Carrabba's on March 5, 2018. We started with the zucchini and bruschetta appetizers, both of which were delicious. Next, we enjoyed two Caesar salads, followed by chicken parmigiana and chicken Marsala. We were too full for dessert! The entire meal was fantastic, and to make it even better, our server Alexis was excellent. She was attentive to our needs, very pleasant, and performed her job exceptionally well. We will definitely be returning soon!
I've dined at many Carrabba's locations, but my experience at the one in Easton yesterday was frustrating. The waiter was fine, but it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, despite the restaurant being empty. When the food finally came, the server did apologize for the delay but didn't explain the reason for it. I was with my elderly parents, and they were quite unhappy with the wait. I've never encountered such a situation at other Carrabba's locations. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this one!
Our dinner and service were outstanding. However, given the high prices of the entrees, I believe that at least two sides should be included. Additionally, the selection of entrees is somewhat limited; it would be great to see the menu expanded a bit.
Two Words....Chicken Bryan. If I for some unfortunate reason had one last meal to eat from anywhere i wanted...It would be the Cozze in Bianco, Chicken Bryan with Caesar Salad, and the Sogno for dessert. All washed down with a nice dry red
Our experience was great. Our server, Diane, was friendly, fast and efficient. The food was of high qualify and the wine was delicious.
