Outstanding Experience 4 of us, 2 couples, had a great time and we all loved our food. 530pm dinner reservations. Atmosphere is so elegant, staff had great energy and worked together to be sure we all were cared for. The owner was there and it's apparent he really cares. Food was excellent and large portions: our meals included 3 ceasar salads, entrees were sea bass *accomadated GF exchange of their potatoes and asaparagus), swordfish, seafood gnocchi and duck. Drinks were top notch: margaritas, smokey old fashioned, which was delivered with such a cool presentation, and wine. Dessert was worth every calorie. The owner recommended the tres leches as one of their best and he was so right. They also had a gluten free dessert which was chocolate decedent flour free worth every calorie, so good. The key lime dessert was fantastic. Every meal and dessert were plated so elegant as well. I feel like their presentation was outstanding, normally not something we experience lately. We all truly enjoyed the entire experience, more than just our meal. Our server, Maddie, was so friendly and how the entire staff helps each table which really provided an outstanding experience. Very impressive. We will be back. We all recommend Ocean in Easton.

I’ve eaten here before and it WAS spectacular. Tonight the salad was overdressed and the salmon was over cooked, the 2 items of my dinner. At this price point it’s unacceptable. Hit or miss. My husband and I went to Ocean 235 last night for the first time for our anniversary sat outside. First, the outside is so cute aesthetically pleasing! We loved it! I am 8 months pregnant and was super bummed when I read their cocktail menu because everything sounded incredible and not like the traditional drinks you see on menus in the valley. The food was REALLY GOOD. We had calamari as an app and I'm not sure how they make their red sauce, but it was the best red sauce I have ever had in the Valley. The calamari was also crisp to perfection. It also came with an aïoli that was delicious as well. We also received bread and butter with our meals. the bread tasted a little like it was microwaved, but the butter was delicious, my husband ordered the tomato and mozzarella ravioli and a sun-dried tomato sauce and it was phenomenal. I had the crispy salmon that came with asparagus and fingerling potatoes in a mustard butter sauce, and it was heavenly. On the reservation we made I advised it was our anniversary, not thinking anything of it, and at the end of our meals our server gave us ice cream to celebrate our anniversary, which I thought was going above and beyond customer service wise. Additionally, our server was amazing and attentive and super sweet . 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back when I can enjoy their cocktails!
