Carino's Italian Grill - Eastvale

I visited this restaurant today and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Kenny, was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Romano pasta and the Lemon Rosemary Chicken, and I highly recommend the Lemon Rosemary Chicken—it was absolutely delicious. Their happy hour deals are fantastic as well; we visited on a Saturday when they offered $3 strawberry margaritas and discounts on draft beers. We also tried the spinach artichoke dip, which was tasty, and I’m thinking about trying the nachos next time. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return.

When our server brought out the bread, she had several loaves in one basket. She placed that basket on a chair that was still covered with dirty dishes. Then, she took the top loaf and put it in our basket at the table. I was relieved that ours was the one on top. When I went to the ladies’ restroom, it was also unclean, but I’ll spare the details. Overall, this experience left me feeling like we should have just stayed in and enjoyed leftovers instead. We have never encountered this at Carino’s before, so we are willing to give it one more try in the future.

The experience was quite disappointing. The food was served lukewarm and had a freezer-burned flavor, with the exception of the pizza and bread. To make matters worse, I found an eyebrow hair in my ravioli. The drinks were bland, probably due to the ice, which tasted like tap water. Additionally, the staff seemed more focused on joking around than attending to the tables.

First time and last time?. I have to say that I?m a pizza lover, I was supposed to receive a Margherita pizza and I got something totally different to my expectations. Mozzarella cheese thick like a carton, for a reason that I still don?tunderstand they put tomatoes on the pizza, unpeeled. The dough was like a piece of bread. Waited 30 min for a Cesar Salad,tomatoes with skin, even at home I peel my tomatoes. The standard is very low, talked to the manager, she gave me U$15 discount,but I didn?t expect that?. Just wanted a good dinner at a good restaurant.

We showed up close to closing and they gave us exelent service.(but if it's close to closing don't show up) just be curtious. Hopefully this review helps you make a quicker decision ???? can't go wrong with the lasagna. Or the spicy shrimp andchicken. The mozerrela sticks and calamari where my favorite. Quick drink was the Bellini I think.
