Chipotle Mexican Grill - Eastvale

ZERO stars! Everytime I come here it’s something. There was a bug in my food! I looked up the bug it’s a Cucumber Beatle that comes from gardens and is on fruits and veggies. I told the manger Miranda Perales and she had the worst attitude EVER! I told her they should empty all the other containers just in case and she refused! She said they check their food all the time and it probably flew in my plate.

My wife started to eat her bowl and chocked on a piece of plastic. That was in the bowl. In Eastvale off of limonite

They can't cook, rice. They always have uncooked rice. Why is it so hard for them to fully cook the rice? They need to throw them away if rices are half cooked. Ruin the food and get diarrhea eating it. Don't serve rice if you can't cook. Always no spoon available here.

Their carnitas is just mainly water with some meat. Barely added guac but charged the whole $2.50. Barely adds anything in general, so for the price of $14.50 ish I wouldn’t go here unless you wanna get charged for extra.

This location is horrible I've left so many complaints and nothing changes, staff is horrible, food is hit and miss most of the time is horrible.
