Mcdonald's - Eaton

Got a deal for 2 medium coffees for $4. I drive in the complete opposite direction I need to go, park my car go in to get the coffees just to be told I cant get them because they have run out of medium lids, so I leave empty handed. This is not the first time this has happened. I drink decaf coffee and in the past I have been told they have run out of decaf beans. Who ever is in charge of ordering suplies needs to get better at it. I intend to use up my rewards points and then ditch their app of my phone. Went in today 10 Feb 2024 around 3.30pm to get a quick bite to eat before heading back up to Perth. Sat on a table and ordered my food on the app. I noticed that every table had a table number and it was for table service so I decided to go with table service and entered the table number into the app and sent the order in. Waited and waited but no food came. I noticed that a take away bag and drinks were placed on the cashier counter and they called out an order number. I didn 't think too much about it but after a while I went up to the cashier counter and waited for a long time before someone came and asked if they could help me. Judging from her uniform, she looked like the manager. I said I just wanted to check on my order and she asked for an order number... I gave her the table number (137) and she looked at the ticket next to the food placed on the counter previously, pointed to it and said that 's 137. I said it wasn 't supposed to be take away, it was supposed to be table service. Her response was quite dismissive and she just said, we don 't do table service anymore , midstride while turning and stepping away. I said to her that she should at least have signage saying table service unavailable. Not very customer friendly store, this one. If you were understaffed, I 'd have understood but the manager didn 't have to be so rude and unprofessional about it. Disappointing experience at this McDonalds. Really dissapointed that we couldnt get a slushy again. This has happened 6 times now Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We’ve gone through this drive through a couple of times already and every time we’ve had really bad experiences, from giving attitude to us to getting our order wrong and even rushing us at the drive through, everyone constantly gives us dirty looks and seem more interested in the jewellery they wear than actually providing good customer service.
