Subway - Ebensburg

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Ebensburg subway today. It was a beautiful day (November 5th, 2022 at 11:15am) and I went there for lunch. The girl who made our subs was friendly, however, another girl with straight brown hair was quite rude and sassy. She seemed to want us to leave and rushed us through our order. This created an unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere. I will likely find another place for my subs in the future. The subs themselves were decent, with my meatball sub being particularly delicious. However, my mom found her chicken teriyaki sub lacking in chicken and overloaded with veggies, so she didn't enjoy it as much. I hope the management at this location takes notice of the poor service provided by some of their workers.

I ordered my food online, picked it up at the store, and when I got home, everything was wrong. It was not worth going back to the restaurant.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The drive-through was not operational, and there was only one girl working, causing the line to be extremely long. It wasn't even a busy time, but they clearly need more staff. I was frustrated to wait for 20 minutes, only for the girl to stop and focus on fulfilling online orders. Despite having four people ahead of me in line, I ended up leaving without getting anything.

Again I ordered online and again they did not send my oil and vinegar for my salad. It is on the receipt, but no one put it in the bag. I don?t know if I will give you another chance.

Sub is great, but there needs to be more staff. Poor girl was balancing a full DT and cafe all on her own.
