Burger King - Eden

After a day out in Penrith I called in with my friend to grab a quick bite on the way home. Luckily I decided to visit the ladies before we got to order and got to see the Filthy loos first hand... the ladies and gents were both posted as out of order but the disabled was open. Shocking state of cleanliness, barely any loo roll and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly if at all) for some time and the paint around the doors etc is all dirty and black from grubby fingers. Everywhere was sticky and tacky underfoot. Really nasty! Inside the eatery other things were signed as out of order but had been like that for weeks if not months according to my friend who had visited some time ago. With that it was a lucky escape and back to the car. What a grotty unkept place. The outside is scruffy and unkept aswell. I would rather go hungry than eat there and will never visit again. Someone needs to sort this place out as it not good enough!!!

We came to this place with my daughter at 8:40pm our order been ready in 5 minutes but when I tried to seat and eat I’ve been told that we can’t eat inside as floor been cleaned and they close soon… When I tried to say that since other people been eating inside I thought we can do the same unfortunately member of staff told me that this was last people tonight who been consuming their meal inside : and just walked away when I asked him politely what time they finish I received answer 10pm : another female member of staff gave me very dirty look so we just left.

Sever one dances to the trashy home playlist, she scratches her nose still gyrating, something is uttered to us from behind the perspex counter cover. In the real world, this is to stop germs from getting between us; I 'd rather liken it to the stoppage of filth getting to me from behind a counter. Without any care, she once again scratches her nose whilst our drinks are prepared. Placing them on the counter. The back of the Burger warmer/burger preparation area has at least two clear bags with rubbish in it. The floor is littered with food debris and appears greasy. Server one takes our order, uninterested teenager one then skips to the side of the back area, she dances for her mate then departs to the back area where she thinks she 's out of sight, flips her phone and starts to pay more interest in the mobile device in her hand than she shows the other customers and us before us. A stone face replaces server one, server number two, who shows no interest in presenting with a smile, more a scowl or even disdain for people in general. Before her time on the floor, our food was prepared by her in plain sight. With bare hands, it 's then promptly thrown onto the warmer where it sits. Server two drops our chilli bites into the frier once cooked, tosses them into a bag, and throws them to the same area as the burgers. Then, sculking back to the falsely perceived safe place, she retrieves her phone from the back of her jeans. Cue uninterested teenager one ... she skips back to the front, singing along to the trashy looping playlist. We ask if we can sit inside, it 's been a long journey, part gesticulation, part mumble server one points to a lone table, underneath sits the last customers dropped food, cautiously we approach ground Zero, or more commonly known as a dirty seating area with food and a dirty eating surface. But at least we 're not alone, and flies join us. They, too, dance along to the trashy loopy garbage which leaks from the speakers hidden someplace. They feast or dried mess on the windows and skirting boards. The windows are part glass, part food and fingerprints, No need to pay £3.00 to feed a poor fly and its family. These lot have lots of free pickings. Food is quickly eaten. I won 't compliment this as, frankly, my whole experience here was disgusting. I 'm speaking to head office for my £16.00 quid back. My partner needs to use the facilities, the look on her face explains that one on her way back, no need for a description I 'll leave it at that shall I ..? The outside area is littered with discarded cigarette butts, the bin on the way out has no liner in it, the top is littered with old food, the place is a disgusting mess. Food standards haven 't visited here for quite some while, well actually, 2019 At any one time during our visit, did I see anyone touch alcohol gel, wash their hands This place is a disgrace. I 'm ex Infantry. I can assure you I have eaten in some darn dirty places, but to have had to pay for this awful experience takes the biscuit. This outlet needs a rehash of everything that could define it as a place to eat. issue Nothing less than disgusting
