Noodles And Company - Eden Prairie

We were here at 9:30 and ordered food for my daughter and me. The cashier was very nice, but we had to make the order about 3 times, then the computer crashed so that I had to wait for it to be restarted. So I had to wait extra time, even I ordered chicken up on my meal. Instead of putting it on the noodles they put it on the side. But the restaurant was clean and the staff I met were nice and friendly.

Mac and cheese are noodles with shredded cheese on top, not melted, not mixed, basically do-it-yourself. Orange chicken noodles had good taste as the pad Thai noodles. Cilantro was only handful of stems, leaves were not torn off at all by the stems.

We ordered to-go soups and noodles, one of the order supposed to be a veg Japanese pan noodles. But, they gave it with steak! We called the store to complain, store manager came on the call and he wasn?t even said sorry at least for a curtsy. When I expressed my frustration that he didn?t even realize how disgusting it would be to feed a vegetarian with meat, his response was very cool that it happens everyday and that?s why he is offering a remake, totally surprised with such a response from the store manager, so wanted to leave this feedback.

Online ordering as easy and the food tasted great. When picking up my order today the restaurant had a bit of a musty smell and perhaps had a flood recently. It could use a deep cleaning to get rid of the smell.

The service was friendly. Not sure why they ask to stay or go since it's all packed in a bag. I am appreciative they wear a mask, but with the music, the mask, and the plastic partition it's hard to understand the person taking your order. Also, if you order zucchini noodles your bowl is half juice/water.. not sure that's normal! The food was not super warm, but tasted good! *update* we gave them a 2nd try tonight and the food was absolutely delicious. However, I did skip the zucchini noodles this time!
