Osaka Sushi Hibachi - Eden Prairie

I usually love Osaka, and the food was fantastic as always. Tonight, we brought our two kids and were really looking forward to the chef's show. However, after waiting for at least 20 minutes after being seated and placing our order, we were quite disappointed. The chef seemed to just go through the motions and didn’t provide the entertaining experience we anticipated; it was almost boring. I mentioned my concerns to the manager, but she didn’t seem to care much. Bottom line: if Roni is your chef, I recommend asking for someone else!

Excellent food! I really enjoy the Hibachi dinners, particularly the noodles.

I'm writing this review from the lobby, where I've been waiting for at least 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time for my online order. The sight of the Grubhub driver leaving in frustration as I walked in should have served as a warning. The atmosphere here is also quite uninviting. There’s no music, just the sounds of "The Voice" blaring from the bar’s TV and the occasional excruciating happy birthday song played through the speakers. I wish I were exaggerating. This will definitely be my last visit. I have no intention of ordering takeout from here again, as the service is painfully slow. I keep hearing "almost ready" every ten minutes.

Good sushi, terrible service. Waitress unfortunately barely understood a word I said, did not bring out my correct order the first time. Then she tried to ARGUE with me, and tell me that's not what I told her and that I had ordered whatever she broughtout! Eventually she said she'd bring out my correct order and it never came! Ended up sharing with my husband because she nevercompleted our order.

Delicious, first time dining here, plan to go again. Great service by wait staffers. Reasonable price for meals.
