I placed a $50 order, but not a single item was correct, and nothing matched the receipt on the bag. What we received was mushy, cold, and nearly inedible. I will never return to this restaurant. If I could give it less than one star, I certainly would.
The person on duty this morning must didn't want to work this morning because she was not friendly at all! I placed my order and she overlooked me and began fixing my husband's order. She was throwing the ingredients around on his wrap and he asked for light mayo and she squirted what looked like half a bottle. Those services were declined. No thank you ma'am.
Terrible experience. The music was so loud it was impossible to think. The service was slow, and many chairs were positioned in a way that made it uncomfortable to eat there, not that we would want to with the obnoxious music playing. The server blocked my wife while emptying the tea containers, making it hard for us to access the lids and straws for our drinks. We were the only customers in the restaurant at that time. There were no apologies offered, and the bread was stale. I have visited many Subways across the country, and this was by far the worst. They should consider closing down for good.
The toppings were very skimpy. On a footlong, I received just two slices of tomato, a tiny handful of onions, and only four pickles. To make matters worse, I paid for three cookies but only received two. Since I definitely won't be returning, just think of all the money you'll save by not having to make me any more sandwiches!
