Bidra med feedbackVery good. This place has an awful parking lot. No one can ever park correctly which make it difficult for people to get in and out. This place is also super busy but they do make an amazing coffee so it's worth the wait
My local Starbucks was closed today, so I put a mobile order into the west Springfield location. When I arrive my order was not ready yet and I proceeded to watch the Starbucks employee complain to another employee about my ?complicated? order. She made my coffee so bad, I have never bad such a bad experience at a Starbucks, she looked absolutely miserable. She was the one with beaming red hair.
Why have inside seating? You literally have 10 parking spaces. Anyone who doesn't want to go through drive through can't park and run in. Because people want to sit down and look professional on their iPad. Not to mention when the drive through is full and parking is full. Getting out of the parking lot is complicated when it's full. Traffic builds up on the main road which becomes dangerous.
I frequent this Starbucks probably 5 times a week if not more and every time I?m impressed. The nicest staff out of all the Starbucks I?ve been to in the area. My drinks are always made exactly how I want them if not better. This will always be my go to Starbs!
This was my first time visiting the Starbucks on Riverdale road. I normally go to the one on Memorial drive, which is awesome. First off the store was not busy but I waited almost 15 minutes for a simple hot quad espresso, I don't know what the hold up was but there was only one customer ahead of me. When I finally got my drink it tasted disgusting. It was bitter and flat. I threw the drink away. I have been drinking Starbucks quad espresso's or espresso con pana's espresso with whipped cream almost every day for over 10 years. I go to Starbucks always, including locations in Colorado,Florida,South Carolina, Maine and Connecticut and have never had a bad experience until now at this location.
