I've been a customer for a long time. Never had anything to complain about until recently. The product is inconsistent. Slicing widths of buns and such. Now, I have to order 2 days out. Bakery products are fluid. It has only made it MUCH more difficult for the customer. (As long as its easier for their employees?? . This was an extremely poor decision. You don't inconvenience your customers to appease your staff. It was just fine for ever. Now they change it. NO excuse. I'm shopping around. Someone will want a 25k a year account.

The general manager Stacy is a theif. I worked in accounts receivable for 6 months and was fired once I started correcting customer accounts. For example: if a customer owed us $300 and they sent us a $500 check, we were to enter in the system that the check was only $300 and we were NOT allowed to tell the customer that they over paid. I was fired when I started noticing this and would send the correct balance owed to the customer. For example if they sent $500 but they only owed $300 I would place a $200 credit on the account and send them the correct statement. This is why I was fired. No matter what the amount was of the check we were trained to enter it in the system as only a payment for what the balance is, and then she would go cash the check for full amount. Mind you the books only show it was cashed at a lower amount sos was keeping all the extra for herself. She had me collecting on multiple accounts that we're actually already paid off or had credits on the account we weren't allowed to apply or tell the customer about, so she would have me collecting money from customers using incorrect statements, when a majority of them were actually caught up and didn't owe any money at all. The rule was to never tell th customer of any discrepancies, just collect what you can . I hope they are caught someday for what they are doing to people.
