Burger King - Edinburgh

This Burger King was a difficult restaurant to find. his hidden in the Waverly station in a quiet corner, and unfamiliar with the location had to after about 45 minutes before I found it. After I finally found it, I ordered my double chopper food and sat down for my almost food repair. during the viewing I found that the place was empty, and that on the difficultness to locate it. the service at the counter was fast and efficient as there were hardly any customers there. cleanliness was not at the top, and the tables were cleaned throughout the time I was there wasn’t deleted or cleaned.

The ambiance was calm, however, the staff appeared to be confused about which orders corresponded to which customers. It is regrettable that Burger King serves tasty food, yet their service is lacking.

My experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. After waiting for 25 minutes, I received the wrong order. When I went inside, I was ignored for 5 minutes before being offered a remake of my order, which would take 3 minutes. However, after waiting for what felt like an hour, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. In total, I spent 40 minutes waiting for fast food. To make matters worse, despite asking for vegan options, we suspect we were given meat instead.

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and welcoming. There is convenient parking available around the restaurant, as well as a designated parking bay for the drive-thru. The service is quick, so there is usually not a long wait or big queue. The outdoor fenced area is a nice touch, however, there is an opening to the carpark without a door, so be cautious with children or pets running free. It's a great spot to enjoy your meal outside. If dining alone, you may have a seagull companion hoping for some scraps! They can be quite vocal if not fed.

Very appalling! I wanted a double cheese burger meal and I saw the price when ordering! When I went to the window to pay I was told more than what I had seen on the board . I asked why and I was told the Coca Cola is full fat so you pay more , also the bag is charged now too. Never again!
