Had a nice start tonight with friends and stayed until 9 o'clock. our server was excellent and we had beautiful weeping and liars

As always was eating in great style well oldho' (for a change) I took the roast beef instead of ham. it was hard, very chewing and had to push it aside. will make sure that I don't take it again unless it looks well cooked, because I always enjoy what is not a offer. türkei ham for me! service as always excellent, friendly polite. iain dunn

We have used the toby at many locations and the standard will be maintained at any time. where we sat, was ideally a quiet corner near the carvery. all in all, an excellent visit in a congenial environment. long can go on! we'll see you next week!

First time back in nearly 20 years, certainly didnt disappoint.

Decided to have carvery, definitely a mistake! Most of the vegetables were dried out. Roast potatoes were hard and inedible. Yorkshire pudding was hard. Only the turkey and ham were edible. Member of staff on carvery was not particularly helpful. Could barely make out was he was saying. The other staff serving at the table were very helpful.
