Domino's Pizza - Edison

Kind of wired. I am regular here. They sometime mix your order and never apologise. They also misses the instruction on toppings. Curb side pickup is mostly not delivers to your car. Never greet. Had better experience before pandemic.

They overcharged me by not giving me the 2 medium pizza deal and charging me regular price. And they got the toppings wrong. Last time there was barely any sauce in the pizzas so this time I asked for extra sauce and they drenched my pizzas in sauce that I could barely eat it. Service is absolutely terrible as they are inattentive and refuse that they’re wrong. I never really went to Papa John’s in Woodbridge but I decided to and they’re pizza was made really well and correctly and delivery was within 25 minutes. That’s my new go to place.

Check topping before leaving store, these guys often do mistakes in preparation or may be giving someone's order. I was in the store and order was ready but nobody tried to deliver or talk to tell wait. I feel like staff is not service oriented.

I strongly advise against ordering from this place. We ordered from the hospital and within just three minutes, they left without even calling to inform us. When we inquired about what happened, no one answered the phone, even after we waited on hold for an hour. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never order from here or any Domino's Pizza again.

If you enjoy Domino's-style pizza, you'll love this place. It's very popular and always bustling with customers. They primarily operate on an online ordering system, allowing you to pick up your pizza in person. Overall, it's a decent experience when collecting your order.
