Bidra med feedbackI visited the restaurant today for the Christmas buffet after about a year, and I noticed significant improvement. The food was delicious, especially the Nandu gravy with pepper—it was fantastic! Keep up the good work and continue using quality spices. However, I’m not sure why they serve bottled water. I understand the cost of preparing authentic South Indian food, but using bottled water should be avoided for two reasons: cost and plastic waste. It would be better if they could filter and serve water directly to the tables.
This is our favorite South Indian restaurant in the area. The non-vegetarian dishes are outstanding! You must try the Chicken 65, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Lollipop, and Aatu Kal soup. They recently reopened after being closed for five months, and I highly recommend checking it out!
The Chettinad cuisine here is outstanding! I particularly loved the fish fry and the crab masala; both were exceptional. Every dish is absolutely delightful.
I went for a business lunch when the buffet was relatively quiet, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The chicken "lollipop," lamb curry, and egg biryani were particularly good. The flavors were milder than I expected. I didn't spot some authentic Chettinad dishes like kuzhi paniyaram, but I suspect they might be on the menu; we chose the buffet instead. The service was quite good as well. I’m not sure how much the meal cost since my host paid, but overall, I was delighted to find this gem tucked away in an unremarkable strip mall.
